Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 12.01 pm on 27 September to 11.59 pm on 28 September 2024 and is only available to Met Card App users. HVC Monogram, Metropolitan Mayfair and Park Lane Club are excluded.
  2. To participate Met Card App users must opt in to the Spin To Win promotion on the App between 12 pm on 24 September and 11.59 pm on 26 September 2024.
  3. Once opted-in customers will receive one spin of the Spin the Wheel during the promotional period.
  4. The wheel will have 4 segments each containing one of the following prizes: 1 x no win, 1 x 500 Met Points, 1 x 750 Met Points and 1 x 1,000 Met Points.
  5. Met Points will be credited to the winner’s Met Card account within 24 hours.
  6. Bonus Met Points are not included in Tier calculations.
  7. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  8. No cash alternative is available.
  9. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Spin To Win Met Card App promotional activity.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  14. Disregarding or failing to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
