Terms & Conditions

This promotion will run from 1 March 2023 to 12 March 2023 between 12pm and 6pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
Met Card holders get to spin the wheel once per day at Reception.
The prize wheel has 30 segments each containing one of the following prizes: £5 Cash Match voucher, £5 Free Bet voucher, Free Drink voucher, 500 Met Points, 750 Met Points, 1,000 Met Points, and 1,500 Met Points.
Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the wheel has been spun and the prize revealed.
Cash Match vouchers are valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots and Electronics.
On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on better. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
Free Bet vouchers can only be redeemed at Cash desk and not directly on tables.
The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
Free Drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, small glass of house wine, single house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
Met Points to be handed to the Duty Manager, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Met Point terms apply.
Prizes cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
Failure to adhere to any of the terms and conditions may result in voiding of prizes.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
