Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run on 31 December 2024 – 1st January 2025 from 7pm till 6am and is open to all customers.
  2. The New Years Eve Jackpot Cash is available to all players who participate in cash game poker and meet the minimum requirement of £21 in the poker pot with a minimum of 3 players.
  3. The first player to hit either of the following combinations on the night: 2’s full of 5’s or 5’s full of 2s, will receive £2025 in cash.
  4. If more than one player hits a winning combination at the same time, the prize pot will be shared equally.
  5. All poker pots will be subjected to a 5% rake, capped at £5.
  6. A promotional payment of £1.50 will be deducted from any pot exceeding £21.
  7. Players are strictly prohibited from playing with another player's cards or chips.
  8. In the event of a misdeal, the hand will be handled according to the general house rules. Players can access the general House rules at the cash game poker tables.
  9. Players must use both hole cards to win The New Years Eve Jackpot.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
