Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 18 November to 30 November 2024 and is only open to Top 100 Slots customers.
  2. To qualify for the Top 100, customers need to earn the requisite number of Met Points between 1 November 2023 and 1 November 2024. Qualifying Met Points are earned on Slot machines only.
  3. Customers who have qualified for the Top 100 will be sent an invitation to claim their exclusive £20 Match Play offer through email or SMS communications.
  4. The £20 Match Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk by presenting the email or SMS invitation, a valid met card and £20 cash bet in exchange for a £40 promotional ticket to be used on Slots. Promotional tickets are valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
  5. Before cashing out all promotional funds must be staked.
  6. Limited to one redemption per offer per week per customer.
  7. Entry constitutes the acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  8. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of the Venue Management for resolution.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  10. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  11. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
