Hot Hearts

1. The promotion will run from 11 March to 31 May 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. The Hot Hearts is available to all players who participate in cash game poker and meet the minimum requirement of £21 in the poker pot with a minimum of 3 players.
3. All poker pots will be subjected to a 5% rake, capped at £5.
4. A promotional payment of £1.50 will be deducted from any pot exceeding £21.
5. Players are strictly prohibited from playing with another player's cards or chips.
6. In the event of a misdeal, the hand will be handled according to the general house rules. Players can access the general House rules at the cash game poker tables.
7. To qualify, both of a player's hole cards must be hearts and the prize will be determined by the highest-ranking card held.
8. All heart flushes starting from 2 to 10, that have been achieved during cash game poker, will have a base reward of £25. These will be reseeded the following gaming day and the reward will remain the same.
9. All heart flushes starting from Jack to Ace, that have been achieved during cash game poker, will have a base reward of £50. These will be reseeded the following gaming day and the reward will remain the same.
10. Straight Flush achieved during cash game poker will start with a base reward of £150 and Royal Flush achieved during cash game poker will start with a base reward of £200.
11. 70% from the collected promotional payment will be allocated to establish a reseed fund. This fund will be used to reinitialise the Heart Flush pool upon winning a hand.
12. 30% of the promotional payment collect will be equally distributed among the Straight Flush and Royal Flush. Adjustments will take place the following Monday based on the previous week's collection.
13. Adjustments may include adding the reseeded fund to the Hot Hearts pool and redistributing the pool among the eligible hands, rewards will be rounded down to the nearest pound.
14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
