Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 2 December – 28 December 2024 and is open to all customers.
  2. For every hand won post flop with a straight or better on cash game poker, players will receive one prize draw entry ticket.
  3. A Prize draw entry ticket will be given to the player at the same time they are given the winning pot.
  4. In the case of a split pot all winning players will receive a prize draw entry ticket.
  5. All collected prize draw entry tickets will be put in a tombola by 8pm on the respective Saturday (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of December)
  6. No promotional payments will be taken during this period.
  7. Prize draws will take place every Saturday during the promotional period at 10pm and 1am
  8. One ticket will be drawn per draw time and the winners will receive the following prizes:
    1. Week 1 – 7th December – 2 x £500 cash prizes
    2. Week 2 – 14th December – 2 x £1,000 cash prizes
    3. Week 3 – 21st December – 2 x £1,000 cash prizes
    4. Week 4 – 28th December – 2 x £2,500 cash prizes
  9. Total giveaway £10,000 all paid from the promotional pot.
  10. Players must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  11. The Player’s name must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the player to be confirmed as a winner.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  13. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw December 28.
  14. Participating players must play Cash Game Poker for at least 1 hour during the promotional period to qualify.
  15. Players are strictly prohibited from playing with another player's cards or chips.
  16. In the event of a misdeal, the hand will be handled according to the general house rules. Players can access the general House rules at the cash game poker tables.
  17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
