Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 12 January to 2 February 2025 and is open to all customers.
  2. The promotion is available as long as at least 3 players are playing and the minimum requirement of £21 in the poker pot is achieved on the day.
  3. All poker pots will be subjected to a 5% rake, with a maximum rake amount of £5.
  4. An additional promotional payment of £1.50 will be deducted from any pot exceeding the value of £21. The promotional payment goes into the promotional pot which is held and used to pay the prizes in the ‘Flush of Frost’ Promotion.
  5. Stamp cards will be issued to each player by the Poker Dealer prior to the start of the cash game, stamp cards are only valid for the day of issue.
  6. One stamp card per customer per day.
  7. Players can earn one stamp when using both hole cards post flop for a winning combination, winning hands are defined as: 1 x Heart Flush, 1 x Diamond Flush, 1 x Club Flush and 1 x Spade Flush.
  8. Every completed stamp card with four stamps entitles the holder to the following: 1 Flush get £25 cash, 2 Flushes get £50 cash, 3 Flushes get £75 cash, and four Flushes get £150 cash.
  9. Completed stamp cards must be redeemed on the night won at Cash Desk.
  10. Players are strictly prohibited from playing with another player's cards or chips.
  11. In the event of a misdeal, the hand will be handled according to the general house rules available from the Poker Desk.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes
