Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 August to 25 September 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders, who have qualified for the Electronics Club.
  2. To qualify for the Electronics Club, customers need to earn the requisite number of Met Points between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024. Qualifying Met Points are earned on Slot machines and Electronic Roulette terminals only.
  3. Customers who have qualified for the Electronics Club will be sent an invitation to participate in the Electronics Club between 17 and 30 July 2024
  4. Only customers who have opted-in to participate in the Electronics Club will be eligible to receive the following benefits from 1 August to 25 September 2024:
    1. Mondays - Double Met Points
    2. Tuesdays - £20 Meal voucher
    3. Wednesdays - £25 Free Play
  5. On Mondays Double Met Points (one additional point for every one usually earned) will be awarded on all Slots and Electronic play during the promotional period. Bonus Met Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Met Point terms and conditions apply.
  6. On Tuesdays the Meal voucher can be collected from the Cash Desk by presenting a valid Met Card for redemption at the bar for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £20.
  7. On Wednesdays the £25 Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk by presenting a valid Met Card in exchange for a promotional ticket to be used on Slots and Electronics. Promotional tickets are valid for 24-hours from time of issue.
  8. Limited to one redemption per offer per week per customer.
  9. Entry constitutes the acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of the Venue Management for resolution.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
