Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 January to 30 April 2024 on Tuesdays and is only open to Met Card holders, who have qualified for the Electronic Club.
  2. To qualify for the Electronic Club, customers need to be one of the top 50 customers based on customer points earning levels for promotional purposes on Electronic gaming terminals between 1 October and 31 December 2023. The list of top 50 customers will be refreshed every 3 months.
  3. Customers who have qualified for the Electronic Club will be sent an invitation to collect a voucher booklet from 5pm by email or SMS.
  4. Voucher booklets are only available to redeem during the Electronic Club every Tuesday between 5pm and 10pm.
  5. Each booklet will consist of three vouchers: 1 x Free Drink, 1 x £30 Match Play and 1 x Prize Draw Entry.Free drink voucher should be presented to the main bar within the casino and entitles the bearer to one of the following: pint of house beer or cider, 125ml glass of house wine, single measure of house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
  6. One voucher booklet per person per day.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers/entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  8. Draws will take place hourly at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm and 10pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  9. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  10. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  11. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw.
  12. One winner will be drawn from the tombola at each draw time and will have the opportunity to spin the wheel to win one of the following prizes: 1 x £5 Free Bet voucher, 4 x £20 Cash Match vouchers, 2 x £50 Cash Match vouchers, 3 x 1,000 Met Points, 3 x 10,000 Met Points, and 2 x 25,000 Met Points.
  13. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the wheel has been spun and the prizes revealed.
  14. Free Bet vouchers can be exchanged at Cash Desk for a promotional ticket to be used on Electronic terminals only.
  15. Cash Match vouchers must be presented to Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket for use on Electronic terminals only. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  16. Met Points will be applied to the customer’s account within 24-hours. Normal Met Points terms apply.
  17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
