Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 10 December – 31 December 2024 and is open to Met Card Holders only.
  2. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Countdown to 2025 promotional activity.
  3. Stamp cards will be available to collect from Reception from 6am on the first day of the promotion.
  4. Customers can earn one stamp per day from reception, and these cannot be issued retrospectively. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped every day that they visit.
  5. For every 4 visits throughout December the customer will claim a reward. Maximum of 3 rewards.
  6. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the relevant prize box is stamped.
  7. Prizes will be as follows: 4th Visit - £10 F&B Meal Voucher, 8th Visit - £10 Match Play on Slots, 12th Visit - £10 Match Play on Tables. Food Vouchers can be collected at Reception and Match Play can be collected from the Cash Desk.
  8. On Slots and Electronics, the Match Play voucher must be presented to the main Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. 
  9. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  10. To use Match Plays on tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  11. All stamp cards must be redeemed by 31 December 2024.
  12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  15. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  16. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

NYE PRIZE DRAWS
  1. Each stamp on a customer’s Stamp card can be exchanged for 1 x prize draw entry on New Years Eve.
  2. On New Years Eve prize draw tickets will be distributed to all customers who visit from 6pm – 12.50am. Each customer is entitled to one Prize Draw ticket unless they choose to exchange their Stamp Card for additional entries.
  3. On New Years Eve there will be a prize draw every hour from 8pm – 1am excluding midnight. Prize draw tickets s must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. For each Prize draw one winner will be drawn to spin the prize wheel.
  6. If the customer lands on a winner segment they will win £250 in cash for draws held before midnight. For the 1AM draw they will win £1000 in cash.
  7. If the customer lands on a lose segment, they will lose and will not be rewarded. Another prize draw ticket will be drawn until the hourly prize has been won.
  8. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the wheel has been spun and the prize revealed.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  10. No cash alternative available.
  11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
