Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 2 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Customers will receive 1 Scratch card when playing Blackjack and the following event occurs
    1. Customer is dealt a 10 and 8 in their box as the first two starting cards-
    2. Face cards are not considered a ‘10’ for the purposes of the promotion.
  3. Prizes are redeemed as follows:
    1. Free Bet to be exchanged at Cash Desk in exchange for a non-negotiable chip to be used on tables.
    2. Bar meal to be redeemed at the bar for a meal from the Players Menu to the value of £15.
    3. Cash match to be placed as a single bet for one hand on Blackjack or an even chance bet on Roulette along with the same value bet in cash as detailed on the voucher received.
    4. Free Drink to be claimed at the bar for a single house spirit and mixer, bottled beer or soft drink.
  4. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  5. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  6. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  7. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Blackjack Blizzard promotional activity.
  8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  11. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
