Join us on 16 September at Alea Nottingham for our Mid-Autumn Moon Party. This special event is packed with everything you need for an unforgettable evening.

Here's what to expect:
- Karaoke from 6pm to kick-off the night in style.
- A mouth-watering buffet served at 8pm.
- Hourly prize draws from 7pm to 11pm, featuring a variety of prizes including cash rewards, MPW vouchers, and moon cakes. Plus, after every draw, we’ll add a special £88 cash prize to the wheel!

Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run on 16 September 2024 at 7pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Draw tickets can be collected between 6pm – 10:50pm  limited to one ticket per Met Card holder.
  3. Draws will take place every hour from 7pm to 11pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies ore reprints will not be accepted.
  7. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw at 11pm.
  8. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw time and will have the chance to Spin the Wheel to reveal their prize.
  9. The prize wheel has 30 segments each containing one of the following prizes: 2 Full Moons for 4 x Moon Cakes; 11 No Wins; 11 Red Envelopes each containing either a Sunday Lunch for 2 at Marco Pierre White up to the value of £60, Lucky Cat, £50 Cash Match, £20 Cash Match, £10 Cash Match, 6 Waxing Crescent Moons for a Moon Cake.
  10. Each draw will have a segment replaced with a £88 Cash prize to be won.
  11. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the wheel has been spun and the prize revealed.
  12. Cash Match vouchers are valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
  13.  On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  14. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  15. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
  16. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher.
  17. Slots and Electronics – all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  18. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Moon Festival promotional activity.
  19. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  20. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  22. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  23. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
