Now, new head chef Vikram Razdan is preparing to launch an exciting new east-meets-west menu in his new-look restaurant at Alea Nottingham.

A veteran of the Taj luxury hotel group, Carnival cruise line and Hilton hotels, Vikram’s passion is pairing western techniques with eastern flavours.

Opening Hours

Open from 5pm until 11pm Sunday to Thursday and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

A Bar Menu is available on the gaming floor from 2pm to 5am and in the restaurant from midnight to 5am.

Food For Thought

Alea Nottingham is proud to be part of the Food for Thought programme. Just 99p added to your restaurant bill buys a tree to offset the carbon footprint of your meal.

Food for Thought, operated by the Green Earth Appeal in partnership with the United Nations Environmental Programme, donates trees to some of the poorest communities on the planet in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

As well as removing CO2 from the environment, these trees provide work and much-needed food for people and animals and also help to rehabilitate deforested land and preserve traditional livelihoods.

Give a person aid and they will eat.

Give a community trees and you empower it with food, fuel, financial opportunity and self-respect.

You can help by allowing us to add 99p to your table's bill. Please note, the full 99p is passed directly to Food for Thought.

108 Grill is open between 5pm and 11pm Sunday to Thursday, while late-night luxury on Fridays and Saturdays means you can sample the 108 Grill experience until midnight.

Thanks to the Food for Thought scheme you can also elect to donate 99p to offset the carbon footprint of your meal, making this both a memorable and meaningful fine dining experience.

Your donation will help Food for Thought plant trees to some of the poorest worldwide communities. Trees not only directly offset your carbon footprint, but they also provide food and work for people and animals in poor communities.

Just request that the Food for Thought donation is added to your bill at the end of the night before heading back to the floor and know that your meal has given something back to the environment.
