Responsible Gaming

Gambling is an increasing part of the leisure mix. Over 70 per cent of adults enjoy gambling such as lotteries, poker, football pools, horse racing, bingo and casinos. For the majority of players these are exciting and pleasurable pastimes.

London Clubs International Ltd is a socially responsible operator with a strong sense of corporate citizenship. We recognise that we have a duty to conduct our business without detrimental effects on either individuals or communities.

LCI's policy on social responsibility includes measures to prevent crime, ensure that gaming is fair, protect minors and other vulnerable persons, address responsible gaming issues and prevent the abuse of alcohol or drugs.

Within the community the Company works with charitable organisations and lends support at charitable fund raising events. Our most important charitable work is focused on GamCare, the national charity for problem gamblers. LCI supports its work through voluntary contributions to The GREaT Foundation which funds treatment, research and education programmes.

As part of the ongoing commitment to being a leader in the world of social responsibility, London Clubs International has become fully accredited by GamCare following a comprehensive audit which LCI passed with top results on their first attempt.

LCI is committed to training its staff to look out for problems. It provides leaflets and displays notices prominently in all its UK clubs to encourage social responsibility. For more information, ring LCI's Social Responsibility Manager on 0207 518 0059.

If you have difficulty controlling your gambling, or someone close to you has a problem, you can get confidential one-to-one advice by calling the GamCare Helpline on 0845 6000 133 (24 hours, seven days a week).
