Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 29 April to 19 May 2024 and is only open to eligible Met Card holders.
  2. To be eligible the Met Card holder must be opted-in to receive Email or SMS communication.
  3. Tiered stamp cards will be available to collect from Reception from 6am on the first day of the promotion, limited to one stamp card per customer.
  4. Customers can earn one stamp per day upon entry at Reception and these cannot be issued retrospectively. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped every day that they visit.
  5. Prizes can be redeemed at the same time as the relevant prize box is stamped.
  6. Each tiered stamp card contains three rewards corresponding to the specific membership tier for use on the day received: Ace 1 x £50 Free Play and 2 x £50 Cash Match, King 1 x £30 Free Play and 2 x £30 Cash Match, Queen 1 x £20 Free Play and 2 x £20 Cash Match, Jack 1 x £5 Free Play and 2 x £5 Cash Match.
  7. Cash Match vouchers are valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
  8. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  9. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  10. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
  11. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  12. Free Play vouchers can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  13. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  14. All stamp cards must be redeemed by 19 May at 11.59pm.
  15. The Promoter is not responsible for any stamp cards/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  16. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Stamp Card promotional activity.
  17. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  18. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  20. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  21. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
