Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 25 March to 1 April 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. Tickets can be collected daily at Reception, limited to one ticket per Met Card holder per day.
  3. Draws will take place at 9pm on 29 March, 30 March, 31 March, 1 April and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
  4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies ore reprints will not be accepted.
  7. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw date and will have the opportunity to pick an egg from 4 available eggs to reveal one of the prizes won: 1 x Smart TV, 1 x £500 Free Play, 1 x 10kg Easter Egg and 1 x £250 Marco Pierre White Nottingham voucher.
  8. There will be an additional prize draw on Monday 1 April at 10pm for a £500 cash prize.
  9. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw on 1 April.
  10. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchanged for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night won.
  11. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  12. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Easter Prize Draw promotional activity.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
